 I'm busy. How many appointments do I need to make? |

We know how busy life can get and so we aim to be respectful of your time. Instead of having you come to our studio multiple times, you'll be able to select your furbaby's artwork right after his or her portrait session. Here's how it goes: |

| How soon can I come in for a sitting? |
|
We’re typically booked 4-6 weeks in advance and offer some evening and Saturday appointments for your convenience. Our climate-controlled studio sessions are available all year around.

| What should I bring? |
|
If your pet has a favourite toy or blanket that will help him or her to relax, you're welcome to bring it along. |
| Can I be in some of the portraits with my pet? |
|
Of course! Furbabies are part of the family and we encourage you to be in some of the portraits with them. |
| How much does it cost? |
|
Sittings are customised to each guest, so pricing depends on the artwork you're wanting. As a guideline, expect to spend a minimum of $600 on your artwork. A typical investment is between $1200 and $3300. As a Q Card Merchant we can offer 12 months interest free, and we have other interest free payment plans available. |
| Do I need to have my pet professionally groomed? |
|
We don't require that you take your pet to a groomer prior to your session and a nice brush can make their coat shine, but when you're thinking about artwork for your home decor, it helps to pamper your pet and have him or her looking beautiful for the portrait session. |
